What are the cancellation rules for reservations?

Each reservation usually has a cancellation policy. If you want to cancel your reservation you can do it 48 hours before the experience starts. If you cancel 24 hours before the experience starts, you just receive 50% of the total amount.

Can I make the reservation over the phone?

Reservations through the website are usually quick and confirmed at the moment. However, you can also make reservations via telephone by the following numbers:

How far in advance can I make reservations?

Ideally, confirm your reservation as far as possible. If you are not sure, you can make your reservation 12 hours before the experience starts and in some cases 1 hour before the experience starts.

I still do not know the date I'm going to travel; can I book a product and leave the date open?

A booking date must be associated with any reservation.

When do I receive a reservation confirmation?

I continue to receive credit card errors when I try to make a reservation; how should I proceed?

The process of booking with credit card is automatic and totally safe. If there are errors in the transaction, double-check all the data on the card or contact your bank. In case of impossibility of confirming the reservation you can contact our customer  support services:
